Discord Regulations
By joining Dutch RP ER:LC you automatically agree to the server rules below. If a rule is not listed you are still expected to use your common sense.
These rules are in effect at all times. Rule violations will be handled by the staff team with penalties that may vary depending on the situation and discretion of the staff member. The moderation team also reserves the right to take actions that they deem appropriate.
1.0) Follow Discord TOS and Guidelines
Since our community primarily resides within Discord, we are required to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Guidelines. These are listed below:
1.1) Be Respectful
Always be respectful to all members within our server. This means treating everyone equally, regardless of race, religion, orientation, or disabilities.
1.2) Legal Behavior
Members of this server must always comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, international cybercrime laws, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and national laws concerning online behavior.
1.3) Inappropriate Channel Behavior
Do not discuss or engage in controversial topics. Any conversation that violates this rule will be terminated by the staff team. We also like to keep our server clean, so we prohibit the distribution of NSFW content. This rule includes the following:
Starting drama or attempting to do so is not allowed and will be punished.
Avoid spamming links, text walls, stickers, GIFs, or emojis.
Any attempt to bypass the automod will result in a punishment.
Use all channels for their intended purposes.
1.4) Advertising
Do not advertise Discord servers, Roblox groups, social media, or any other content without permission. This applies both in the server and in direct messages.
1.5) Alternative Accounts
Alternative accounts are prohibited. If we find an alt account of yours, both this and your main account will be permanently banned.
1.6) Asset leaking
Leaking, stealing, or distributing Dutch RP assets is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and possibly further actions if necessary.
Attempting or gaining unauthorized access to hidden channels, tools, or permissions via methods such as, but not limited to, Vencord or BetterDiscord is prohibited and will lead to a sanction if necessary.
1.7) Language Usage
Swearing is allowed in moderation. If someone asks you to stop, you must stop immediately.
1.8) Community Safety
Organizing, planning, preparing, or participating in a raid against this server is prohibited. This includes spamming, mass joining, mass pinging, or any other disruptive actions. Those who contribute to this may receive a permanent ban.
Threatening to release private information, such as, but not limited to, names, addresses, IP addresses, or photos, is prohibited.
Sub-rules
Usernames, profile pictures, banners, or statuses with inappropriate or suggestive content are strictly forbidden.
Do not encourage others to break the rules or exploit loopholes in the guidelines. If you see such behavior, report it immediately to the staff via a ticket.
